Cynthia Junqueira holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Exact Sciences and Technology (1985), a Master’s degree in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (1996) and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2003).

She is currently the research and development manager at Espectro Ltda. He has experience in Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on Electromagnetic Theory, antennas and signal processing, working mainly on the following topics: microline antennas, adaptive antennas, beamforming, Frequency Selective Surface (FSS) and machine learning and optimization algorithms, characterization and electromagnetic analysis via simulations and experimental measurements.
