With a solid academic background in Computer Science and Mathematics, holding a Ph.D. in Information Sciences – Optimization from the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science – Numerical Analysis from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC/RJ, as well as a degree in Mathematics from the Instituto Cultural Newton de Paiva Ferreira, Belo Horizonte, MG. I have extensive experience in technological education, with several complementary courses in statistics, computing, and distance learning. Currently, I am a Doctor Professor – MS3 at Universidade Estadual de Campinas – UNICAMP, where I conduct research in scientific simulation software, numerical analysis, mathematical modeling and statistics, system optimization, data science, and sustainable energy. I have also served as an associate coordinator for the Technologist in Systems Analysis and Development and Bachelor of Information Systems courses. I have taught at other institutions, such as Universidade Católica de Santos (UNISANTOS), and have worked as an associate researcher for CNPq (Post-Doctorate) and FAPESP (Post-Doctorate).
